Bitcoin CEO found dead in suspected suicide - News

A friend

Space is a cruel mistress, she's beautiful as a flower with infinite petals, But I hated space just as all kids secretly hated the place they'd come from. It was impossible to reason with the cosmos, when god created them im certain he gave them this despicable temper, one that most certainly caused it to spit out anomalies every now and then.
Let me give you a scenario, a kids speeding down the highway in his brand new motorcycle, his 16th birthday, just tearing asphalt and rubber, and then as he rounds the 120 mark on his bike, and almost puts it into the retainer wall of his seaside city, a meteor from deep in the cosmos, shoots right through him, then another and another and another and then 1 final one not too much wider than his bike, slams into him. Now normal flying flaming rocks, just bad luck and some death, but not the ones from the cosmos, the ones from the cosmos come with this crazy little stipulation. The meteors that fall from deep space ARE A LOTTERY, yes a lottery, sometimes they carry a virus, sometimes they carry a crazy new element, sometimes can alien, and every now and then, that meteor dishes out a superpower.
This wasn't one of those meteors though, the kids dead plain and simple, but the meteor that killed him did bring option numero uno, the virus. It was a fun virus though, it attached itself to the DNA strand of the human host, and then would make a small portion of the worlds population(all of which were infected within 2 weeks of the meteor) burn to death when they came into physical contact with another person. Now in case the parentheses confused you there, the whole worlds infected and about 32% of them cannot touch another human being, lest they end up exploding in a beautiful ball of white fire.
we lost almost 31% of our population in the first week, then a few more, and more and more and more until there were 17 people left on earth who had the chance to burst into flames. They measured our possibllity to combust by an internal temperature change that occurred only in those susceptible to the combustion, and then did a thorough test by subjecting our skin cells to other peoples skin cells, then they started the cure. A combination of antibiotics, antipyretics and some different strains of an aspirin like medicine was all it took, for 16 people. The treatments ran over the course of 4 months, along with some fluids, a lot of different vitamin drips, some cold baths, those people were cured, day 4 of my treatment came with seizures, day 5 came with tremors and a mild psychotic episode, day 6 I had visions, and by day 8 after another day of seizures, they deemed me unfit to continue treatment. They told me that my body had become dependent on the virus, and that while they could remove most of it, my temperature would never go down, my body chemistry was permanently changed, and that id never get better.
As a parting gift from the US government, they gave me several different hazmat suits, some cold suits, a small monthly medical fund(not that small) and the mother-load of all disability plans, so that I could live my days moderately okay, but they knew how much pain I was in, how could they not? every piece of damage done to me was on video. I used the monthly check to put a down payment on an apartment, I had to mention that I was "combustible" and that if anyone touched me wed both be dead, they put a sign on my door, they put a picture of me on every floor and public notice went out.
The only good moments of my day were when id get a visitor, there had been a charity while id undergone my treatments, when they found out my treatments failed, they turned it into a relief program, and sent things like food, snacks, money, and visitors to my apartment. it was nice, but you could tell they were scared to be around me, they would play checkers or chess with me, watch a movie maybe, always 8 feet away, so their skin cells wouldn't float over and burn me, it wasn't a big deal if they did, it was interesting seeing tiny fires on my skin.
Then one day I got an unexpected visitor, I woke up from my nap to pounding at my door, not the kind pounding that came from frail charity girl but the kind of pounding that comes with open the door immediately and as if I was a psychic the next thing that came with? OPEN THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY THIS IS CHICAGO P.D. I was rightfully confused as I didn't really commit many crimes since I couldn't go outside, I stumbled over to the door and swung it open, putting my mask and gloves on and greeting the unexpectedly short girl that was at my door you're small and not in a police uniform, im not supposed to open this door unless you're in a police uniform or have your badge showing when you arrive, im gonna close the door now. she put her foot in the door as I swung it closed sir back away from the door and get down on the ground I laughed to myself you quite literally are incapable of arresting me in my current state she looked me up and down, suddenly realizing that my gloves and mask were accompanied not by a hazmat suit, but my shorts and no shirt. put your suit on immediately and get down on the ground I turned around and went to retrieve my suit.
why are am I under arrest? she watched me step into the legs of the suit and begin zipping before she answered crimes were committed on your IP address. I stopped zipping and stepped back out its not just my computers on this wifi miss, how long did it take you to get the report? she nodded seemingly more calm and sat down at my table we got the report in this morning that someone on your IP was fishing for information 5 days ago. I walked into my room to retrieve my laptop and sat down across the table from her, I opened it up and logged in, turning the screen around so she could see it then I pointed to a small black tab that resided at the top right of my screen you see that? that means the United States government is watching my computer activity, if I had committed a cyber crime, such as information fishing, or bitcoin mining, id be in a cold cell in a black site.
she nodded and stood up, her demeanor immediately changing im so so sorry, I should have taken more care to be sure it was you. I laughed to myself its no worries, its nice to have a visitor who wasn't getting college credit for hanging out with me. she laughed people get college credit for hanging out with you? I nodded and smiled at her for a charity they started for me, im like a unicorn but with less cuddles and more pity. she started giggling and sat back down, her knees sort of buckling as she laughed. didn't think I was that funny, can I get you something to eat or drink? she stifled her laughter for a moment and allowed words to exit her mouth you're too funny, I have to go arrest someone I'm sorry, but as repayment for barging in, maybe ill come by again and make you put your hazmat suit on, I like tea, coffee and potato chips in case you're wondering. I nodded to myself and almost lost my breath as I grabbed my phone to write them down. she was out of the door before I could ask another question, and I suddenly wished I had more time.
A few minutes later while I was moping around, a text came through my phone from an unknown number "I got your number from the building manager, ill be by tomorrow at noon!" I smiled to myself as I read the text over and over throughout the day, I cleaned the apartment, I ordered the things she liked and I prepared for the next day, I went to sleep that night thinking about the cosmos, and I almost had to thank it for a moment, as it seemed to give me something other than a virus, superpower or deadly alien, it seemed that space had sent me...a friend.

Open letter to Mister Porter Stansberry

First of all, Hello!
I hope all is well and you don't plan to die very soon like your good friend Rey Rivera.
But let's talk about Rey.
When I first started on Rey's Unsolved Mysteries case I did not think I would be solving ”who stole Johnny's bike” as some Reddit user (maybe one of yours) mocked me.
But neither did I exactly think I would be uncovering one of the biggest, most successful Ponzi variant pyramid schemes in the history of the world.
Now I was very surprised that the FBI ruled the ”ramblings” as paranoid, delusional and with evidence of a persecution complex. The document is quite congratulatory towards you Mister Stansberry, you had done a marvellous job until that point for your patrons, except for the few slaps on the hand you had received for overreaching a bit, the overall tone is very positive towards you, the very able tech savvy guy.
But let's talk about the note shall we. Why would a paranoid, delusional, suicidal man make a great little list of people on which he would put his wife by her maiden name instead as ”my wife” or ”Allison Rivera (wife)” similarly to the other family members.
And also put your own family, several people (who don't all work for you as the media claims) that are members of Bill Bonner's secret society club, The Oxford Club; And Chuck Batchelder (the owner of a local stock corporation) the future Bitcoin Belle and to investment advisors connected to the fund your secret club urges people to put their money into.
I know Rey had attended at least two Oxford Club events, but did he really know Addison Wiggin, Wayne Ellis and Bill Bonner so well as to put them on his little suicide list and wish some reward on them as on to the others? And why would your dead friend be found at Bill Bonner owned properties? And Steve Sjuggerud only joined with you at Stansberry Research after Rey left. So neither would he be close to Sjuggerud, a former higher up of Oxford Club.
Let me tell you what I think. I think this note is partial MoM of a meeting. Do you disagree? I'm sure you will have to. But indulge me a bit. Let's say it is. When could this meeting have taken place?
Well Thom Hickling ”gave his life for this pursuit” in December and so did Anne Rayburn, sister to George Rayburn (I am told by suicide as well, shocking). So it would have to have been after that.
Ray was at one of the Oxford Club events in March, The Investment U event, the one he was working at when he died.
Not only that, but this game that was ”so enjoyable” and ”had to end” in Rey's letter happens to coincide with a certain withdrawal of yours and Bill Bonner's from the executive committee and panels of the Oxford Club. Perhaps due to the attention you were receiving because of Ryals and the SEC? One has to protect home base isn't that so?
Let's talk about that for a moment before returning to Rey. Your mentor Bill Bonner speaks so kindly of you in a reply for mother jones, and adamantly sustains what you have already claimed that there is just no profit in being wrong that you don't trade in the stocks you advise on. But for 5k a secret private investor report I should think there is some profit to be made. He also boasts about some of the things you managed to warn about in advance.
So Mister Porter how can you both be bad and exceptional at your job? I'll tell you how. You're paid to do it. You Mister Porter are the MiddleMan. Well, one of them.
In one of the Oxford communiques it is eloquently explained how to do short selling and deal with penny stock. It also tells you while it is demonised it is not illegal. Well, not unless you accompany it with rumour mongering or pump and dump.
How would this work? I wonder as someone with no financial background. Well, I suppose it's actually as easy as giving conflicting advice and letting your secret friends at your secret club know when your ”advice drops” and when to act.
But what did your secret friends really want in the USEC case. Well. This was a long play game not a short term one. In your speech you so proudly say that all you did was interrupt a monopoly USEC had and if only the people who bought the stock held on to it they would be making money. So I guess you said it yourself, what the purpose was, people just didn't catch on.
Ah! but alas, The Oxford Club's member list is very very secret. What can be proven though is your place in it. And since we're on that. One of your big accentuated statements in conversations with Ryals was that you have barely had any contact with Jim Davidson (you called him Jim, same way as he is so fondly referred to at times in the communiques)
In fact, before that time he was very active in the Club. You of course started at the Club, before opening your own branch, The Oxford Club made you. I would assume being on various positions, Advisory Council, Exec committee, you would have no choice but do deal with James Dale Davidson. So why did you deny him so harshly?
I suspect the name Keith Richards in the letter could very well be substituted by James Davidson and the speech in Rey's letter would make sense.
PS Let us not forget naming Skousen, he was a frequent panelist and active member as well but Ryals did not have the Oxford Club connection, all he had was you being at events together.
While we are on the Ryals subject, both he and the note mention some patent debacle. He talks about a Stanford patent and a Mister Cooke. Who would that be, Boxley Cooke or Mr Cooke Senior, the father of his beautiful wife Julia Guth Cooke.
But let us get back to Rey. He is the reason we all are doing this. The three friends that found him. Steven King and George Rayburn specifically, not the rookie they dragged along to ”find” the body.
They were both rising stars of The Oxford Club. While George had remained affiliated with Stansberry for a while, he is now VP at Oxford Club, imagine that. But King did not work for you at all, he was an event manager of sorts for the club. Following year he was in the exec, well done Steven. All in all both rising stars of the club.
Now I am just going to be upfront, after publishing my research on a discussion board that was swiftly taken down, someone PMed me a confession. A confession to lead every enquiring mind to you Mister Porter.
Amongst the things this person said where that Thom Hickling was a whistleblower that was chirping to someone already connected to Agora. He alleges that 9/11 was the reason Thom wanted out in the first place, and that he tried to recruit Rey Rivera but he refused, explaining why Rey was being watched and the break-ins etc.
What I found interesting was that he said that it was you specifically who called Rey to meet up and forced him to take a sprinting jump off the building. And the Netflix episode points the finger at you as well.Heck, everyone out there is trolling your social media accusing you. But Mister Porter you, I'm told, had an alibi.
So what is the catch? Are you ready to give your life to this pursuit of wealth too, or do you believe you won't have to?
Because to me, all the evidence points to The Oxford Club and your secret secret friends.
George Rayburn was hanging around a gay bar whilst waiting for his buddy King to bring the third witness, witnesses say Rey had a fight with someone at a gay bar prior to his death.
This person that gave me the ”leaked information” alleges there was someone in the room while the body was on the floor, so access to the place was needed.
Rey's missing money clip, the fact that Cheetos leave the stomach way earlier than 5 hours as Mikita alleges she heard the bang at 10pm.
Web of lies. He was never on that roof. He died shortly after he got where he was going.
And I don't believe you gave the order.
Now I am going to tell you the trouble with secret societies, brotherhoods and secret friendships. There is a narrative surrounding it that makes you look insane when you dare speak the name. And that is exactly what happened to Rey. How convenient don't you think?
But one has to ask who really is delusional here, someone seeking an abstract power through wealth or someone believing that there are people out there that have succeeded in what we all want. To be top dog.
Freemasons claim that their pursuit is making men who are their friends better psychologically, at least this is how they explained it to me. But now, the way I see it, that can only be achieved by training empathy or psychopathy. Care to venture which one it is?
If Rey was seeking information at the lodges it was because he was looking at someone not because he was insane.
Of course the lodges would consider the club you were part of to be one of the organisations that they call clandestine.
Interestingly enough this little club you are part of even had a Rothschild on their wealth protection panel for years.
You often refer to your top secret investors as masters, and in one issue you attribute star names to your investors in your All Star Portfolio.
And then there is that line that just cannot be placed in the screenshot of the cut up note.
”I know the importance of our servants that is why I cherish them as secrets.”
This line exists, you can see it in the photo of the note still in the baggy it was placed in.
Couple that with all of the mason talk and the information someone gave me about how certain organisations separate minutes in a meeting by saying Junxit Mors Non Separabit, a question begins to peer its head.
Did Rey Rivera even write the note at all? And who cut it up?
The confession I received to make me stop said Rey wrote it that way so Agora would think it was nothing while specifically implicating you. But I believe the code cannot be completely cracked by anyone but the ones who agreed upon the code. You being one of them.
Allison Jones ”Rivera” came out and said that she knows what all of them mean separately she just doesn't understand why Rey would have it. I find that a very interesting thing to say. Couple that with everyone pointing the finger at you, one wonders if Rey wasn't doing it for you to have leverage.
So let us join you Mister Porter Stansberry, and your secret secret friends, on this endeavour to find the truth. But not for its own sake. In accepting this quest for the truth, we all hope to make ourselves, with your help, into people worthy and ready to receive it.
I think during this crysis other people could really use some of your truth to keep, especially the US who you predicted would fall. (the interests in China are going very well aren't they)
After all, what are masonic type organisations (recognised or not), but a very successful mafia that have elevated street smart to something that belongs in a castle.
A castle like the one Bill Bonner sits in, drinking wine that he caters to the Chairman's Circle and training the next generation of psychopaths.
Sincerely,
Just a regular person.

The carnival of Anonymous in turmoil

The carnival of Anonymous in turmoil
In 2020, it was a turbulent year. The pandemic ravaged the whole world, and the global stock market plummeted. The circuit breaker of US stocks five times dropped all the gains since Trump took office, and the Federal Reserve made unlimited quantitative easing. The prospect of the economy is worrying. Moreover, the long-standing race problem has been a sword of Damocles hanging over America. Police violent law enforcement led to the death of black Freud, the greed of monopolists and the inaction of rulers aroused people's fire and anger, and pain and anger spread in America. On the Internet, the state uses its monopoly on information to blind people's eyes. People need to resist those who violate human rights. People need democracy and freedom.
While browsing the dark net, I found an attractive mysterious video, which came from Anonymous.
All people deserve freedom, which is the pursuit of Anonymous and my pursuit.
https://preview.redd.it/xf88tlnt5r951.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=9a217415ccd222df831231d56aab9bf5334eb1be
The video starts with a mysterious symbol; Under the pandemic and riots, the economically bleak American streets appeared in front of us. Black and white color, just like my thought at this time. The video reveals riots all over the world, presenting numerous inequalities and corruption without disguise. Society needs to be changed, and we need a more stable and safe economic system.
In the video, Anonymous introduced their efforts to change the status quo. Besides testifying for atrocities, oppression and "censorship", they are also making efforts to build a new financial system in the world.
https://preview.redd.it/rfcymybv5r951.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=394332d832d258233b8f244e806445d1d0665b81
In the video, it introduces: When he was seriously ill, Hal Finney, the pioneer of cryptocurrency, realized that Bitcoin would lose its intention in the future and become a tool for a few people to obtain wealth by unfair means (which is exactly the case), so he decided to give up Bitcoin and seek a new way out for the future of the world economic system.
https://preview.redd.it/dan0yorw5r951.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=b13a3143c326f1cda28b70b24c1e25e979992d80
In 2013, Hal Finney published the theory of building a new financial system in some forums. These theories were noticed by Anonymous. They often discuss the technical details and financial concepts of building a new financial system in the world.
Unfortunately, Hal Finney died of ALS on August 28th, 2014. In six years, Anonymous realized this ideal financial system and named it Gemini. In the video, Anonymous also said that in order to realize Hal Finney's ideal, Gemini will be released as soon as possible.
https://preview.redd.it/ftj9aljy5r951.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=5d3a3989f8205c26c6e6ea9db3688721a593d086
The video contains a lot of content from the Bible, especially the last sentence: Stop wailing. She is not dead but asleep. This sentence makes me believe that Hal Finney will be reborn in the near future!
https://preview.redd.it/1hwjyh106r951.png?width=830&format=png&auto=webp&s=2bfaed94e3043507a367b59dee70403f1523d3db
Gemini, which has been developed by Hal Finney and anonymous people for 6 years, will surely realize our desire for a perfect economic system!
I'm so excited. Longing for more people to know Gemini, I will continue to pay attention!

Tarkov Overview - What is Escape from Tarkov?

Escape from Tarkov is a tactical, realistic, FPS with MMO elements developed by Battlestate Games. It is currently in closed Beta. The game features several maps in which your primary character, your PMC, goes into Raids in order to find and salvage loot and useful equipment to survive and thrive in Tarkov. Death is very punishing in Tarkov. If you die you lose everything you had on you when you die (with the exception of what's inside your Container and your melee weapon) including any equipment you brought with you or what you found inside the Raid.
Enemies can be players (PMCs) or Scavengers ('Scavs') that are either controlled by AI or by players. Unlike many shooters, AI enemies in Tarkov are deadly - they can and will kill you on sight. They have recently been upgraded to act more intelligently, shoot more accurately, and react to situations on the map, such as investigating noise of gunfire or searching. It features beautiful and immersive environments, intricate and in-depth weapon modification system, a complex health system, dynamic and specific loot placement, and multiple options for engagement. Do you want to play slow and stealthy, to avoid fights, or set up a deadly ambush on an unwary foe? Or do you prefer raw combat, where only your quick wit, placements of shots, and tenaciousness determines who gets out alive? It's your Tarkov. You make the rules.

Tarkov Resources - Useful links

I take no credit or responsibility for any of the content in these links. To the best of my knowledge, these are updated consistently and are accurate, but user beware.

Quick-Reference Ammo Chart

An updated ammo chart can be found on the wiki.

Tarkov Wiki

Absolutely fantastic resource. You can visit them here.
It is a massive collection of everything that we players have been able to find.
They contain trades, user-created maps, lists of ammo, parts, weapons, loot, etc. If it's in the game, it's on the Wiki, somewhere.
I highly recommend opening the wiki page for the Map that you plan on raiding in.
Factory
Customs
Woods
Shoreline
Interchange
Reserve
The Lab ('Labs')

Map Keys and You

Huge collection of all the keys in the game. These are also on the wiki, but this page has them all on one page, and tries to inform the user if the key is worth keeping or using.
Check it out here.
This section is open to revision. Mention me in a thread (or in the comments below) about a resource and I'll see about adding it here.

Tarkov's Weapon Compatibility Guide

Pretty self explanatory. Also includes a Key guide and a Mod guide.
Check it out here.

HUGE Reference Bible by Veritas

Courtesy of Veritas (Send me his reddit username?), It's located here. (Open in new tab.) Contains: Detailed information about: Ammunition, Health, Firearms, Body Armor, Helmets, Rigs & Backpacks, Labs & Quest keys. Outdated! Needs to be updated for .12

Offline Raids - Player Practice

Offline raids is a feature added for testing and learning purposes for both new and veteran players alike. It is an incredibly useful tool.
In an offline raid, your progress is not saved. This means you don't keep anything you find, keep any experience 'earned' if you successfully extract, or lose any gear when/if you die. To access OFFLINE Raids, head into a Raid normally until you see this screen. Then Check the box indicating that you want to do an OFFLINE raid and you're good to go! You even have a choice on whether or not to add AI. You can also control how many AI enemies spawn, fewer than normal or a great deal more! You can even make Scavs fight each other. (Framerates beware.)
You can control how many scavs spawn (if any) as well as a number of other paramaters. New players should use offline raids as a tool to practice shooting, controls, movement, etc.

Tarkov's Maps

Tarkov features several maps - ranging from wide, beautiful vistas to ruined factory districts, to an abandoned laboratory where illegal experiments were being conducted. It is important to learn the maps you intend to play. In order to keep your gear, you must 'extract' at one of your designated exfiltration points. Not all extracts will be active every game, and some are conditional.

To see what extracts are available to you, double tap 'O' to show raid time and your exfils. If it has a ???? it might not be open.

Factory

Gate 3 Extract
A small, fast-paced map that was primarily created for PvP. Scavs spawn in all the time. Very close quarters, shotguns and SMGs tend to dominate here. PMCs can only access one Exit (Gate 3) without the Factory Exit Key. Good place to go if you need PMC kills as action is pretty much guaranteed. It is recommended NOT to bring in a lot of gear to Factory until you are experienced.
Factory Map in PvP is best played in Duos - due to the layout of the map, a Maximum of 6 PMCs may be present in the game. Due to the split spawn points, you effectively have 'sides' that have up to 3 spawn locations that are close together. This is why it is recommended to secure/scout enemy spawn locations. If you go in with a Duo, you at max have 2 players on your side for an even 2v2, and if played smartly you can eliminate them and know your 'side' is secure from aggression for the time being.
Upon loading in, scavs usually take a couple minutes to spawn, though this depends on the server in question and isn't super reliable. For new players, the best loadout in Factory is going to be a MP-153 Loadout - using just an MBSS (or similar bag) and ammo in your pocket to fight other players and Scavs. Scavs will often spawn with AKs and other 'vendorable' weapons, so is a good source of income.
Factory is also one of the best maps to Scav into, as Scavs can typically avoid the Exit camping strategy employed by a lot of weaker or newer players in order to secure gear, because they typically have extra exfiltrations whereas PMCs without the Factory Exit Key are stuck using Gate 3.
If you go in with a modicum of gear, it is recommended to keep at least a flashbang (Zarya) in your container. This will allow you to quickly slot it into an empty chest rig or pocket so you can throw it into the exit door, this will flash enemies and is cheap to do - the one time you survive because you flashed the 3 exit campers using shotguns will make this strategy extremely valuable.

Customs

Extract map
A fairly large map that was recently expanded and is expected to receive an overhaul within a patch or two, due to the choke point design of the map. Essentially, players spawn either on 'warehouse' or 'boiler (stacks)' side. If you see a large red warehouse ('big red') near you (Customs Warehouse), then you spawned on the warehouse side. If you don't, you likely spawned near Boiler side. Players can also spawn in several places in the woods North of boilers.
This map has the most quests in the game. Geared players often come to customs to challenge other squads over Dorm loot and to fight a Scav boss. New players are usually trying to do one of several early quests, such as ‘Debut’ which tasks them with killing 5 scavs on Customs and acquiring 2 MR-133 shotguns (pump shotties) from their corpses. Construction is also a popular hotspot as it has a lot of scav spawns as well as the location for the Bronze Pocketwatch, which is Prapor’s second quest.
Customs itself does not offer very much loot on average. There are several spots which can contain decent, but the vast majority is located in a couple different locations.
Dorms is the best loot location for Customs. It has two sets, 2 story and 3 story dorms. They each have their own sections of good loot, but the best is considered to be 3 story dorms, due to the presence of the Marked Room. The marked room requires a marked key to open, and has a good chance to spawn rare loot, such as keytools, documents cases, weapons cases, and high-end weapons. Due to the nature of the high value of this room, it’s almost always contested and it’s one of the best rooms in the game to farm, albeit with difficulty to successfully extract with the loot found. Note, though the key required has a maximum amount of uses, it is a fairly cheap key, and worth buying if you like to run customs and go to Dorms.
Dorms also has a ton of early quests (Operation Aquarius, for one) with some keys being valuable to use, but most dorms keys aren’t worth that much on the market. There’s too many to list here, but make sure to check the Map Keys and You at the top of the guide to determine what the value of a particular key is.
Checkpoint (Military Checkpoint) is also a decent loot spot, though not nearly as good as Dorms. If you have the key, it has a grenade box and 2 ammo boxes which can spawn good ammo. The jacket in the blue car also can spawn good medical keys as well as medical items. It is very close to the gas station, so I’ll include that here as well.
The Gas Station is one of the possible spawn locations for the scav boss. It has loose food items, a weapon box in the side room, with two keyed rooms leading to a safe and a med bag and box. Also contains a couple registers and food spawns on the floor. The emercom key can spawn on the seat in the ambulance out front.
North of the gas station is the Antenna, which contains 3 weapon boxes, a tool box, and a med bag. Possible location for scav boss spawn, albeit rarely, and also spawns regular scavs, like checkpoint and gas station.
Beyond that, there’s scattered loot around the map in different places, but usually not enough to warrant going out of your way for. There’s also scav caches, mostly around the middle road outside construction and around the boiler area.
The scav boss for customs is 'Reshala.’ He has 5 guards that have above-average gear and can be tough to deal with solo. The guards tend to be more aggressive than normal scavs, so they can be a lot to handle but are vulnerable to fragmentation grenades or flashbangs due to their close proximity to one another. Reshala himself has a good chance to have one or more bitcoin in his pockets, as well as his unique Golden TT, which is required for a Jaegar quest and used in conjunction with other Golden TT's to purchase a Tactec, good plate carrier. Reshala may spawn either Dorms (either bldg), New Gas Station, or rarely the tower north of the gas station. Scav bosses are dangerous enemies with escorts that have above-average loot (sometimes great loot) and are hostile to everyone, Including player scavs. Scav guards will approach a player scav and basically tell them to leave the area, and if they walk closer towards the scav boss they turn hostile.
The ‘official’ spawn rate for Reshala is 35%.

Woods

Woods Map with Exfil
A very large map that is mostly just a large forest, with the occasional bunker, and the Lumber Mill in the center. The Lumber Mill is the primary point of interest, as it contains a couple quest locations and is the primary location to farm Scavs, as Scavs killed on woods are a good source of end-game keys that are hard to find.
Since the map is so large and open, sniper rifles with scopes usually reign king here. You will see a lot of players with Mosin rifles as they are a cheap way to train the Sniper skill (for a quest later on) and are capable of killing geared players and scavs alike.
Overall, not usually very populated. An early quest from Prapor sends you here to kill a number of Scavs. A good map to learn the game, as although the loot is not fantastic, you can get experience with how the game runs and operates while fighting AI and possibly getting lucky with a key find off a scav.
As of .12, Woods now houses a Scav boss that acts as a Sniper scav. He is incredibly dangerous and usually carries a tricked-out SVDS. The 7.62x54 caliber is not to be underestimated. That caliber can and will wreck your shit through what most players are capable of wearing, especially early on in a wipe. He may also carry an AK-105, so he's going to be dangerous at both short and long ranges.
He has two guards, and he typically patrols the area around the Sawmill, and carries a key to a cache nearby full of goodies. His key is part of a quest for Jaegar.
Woods also has two bunkers, one of them being an extract and requiring a key. Both bunkers have some moderate loot in them, thus worth visiting, though not necessarily worth going out of your way for them. Several quests occur around the sawmill area, which contains a good couple keys that can spawn.

Shoreline

Shoreline Map, with Loot, Exfil, etc
A very large map, notorious for its FPS hit. Generally speaking, one of the better maps for loot. The primary point of interest is the Resort, but scavs spawn there, and is primarily occupied by hatchlings (players only with hatchet, ie melee weapon) and geared players. Resort has great loot, but requires keys to access most of it.
A great map to learn though from new players as the outskirts still contains plenty of loot and combat opportunities with AI scavs. You can hit Villa, Scav Island, Weather station, Docks, etc and come out with a backpack full of valuable gear fairly easily. The Village (Not to be confused with villa) contains a lot of toolboxes which can contain lots of parts used to upgrade your Hideout.
Location of many quests, including a large quest chain where players are required to kill many, many, scavs on Shoreline. For this and other reasons, probably the best map for new players to learn the game with.
A good loot route is to hit the village (caches in it), scav island (2 med bags, 2 toolboxes, 2 weapon boxes, 1 cache), burning gas station (weapon boxes and a safe), pier (potential extract, 2 pcs 2 safes and lots of filing cabinets), and weather station. Scavs may spawn around these areas, but most players just head straight for resort anyway, so you are much less likely to encounter them, especially if you avoid Mylta power (most players hit it on the way to or leaving from the resort). Excellent route as a player scav as well.

Interchange

Detailed map
Great, great loot area, but very complex map. Old computers might face unique struggles with this map. Features a mostly-binary exfil system like Shoreline, but.. kinda worse. Exfil camping is fairly common on this map, but usually avoidable. Huge map with multiple floors and many many different stores. Communication with teammates is a challenge on this map, but the map is also fantastically detailed.
This map features a lot of loot that depends on the kind of store you're in. It's a great place to farm rare barter materials which are valuable to sell on the Flea market or to use for quests or for hideout upgrades. An early quest (from Ragman) sends you here to kill a large amount of Scavs. I'd recommend getting Ragman to level 2 and accepting his quest asap when going to Interchange, as getting this quest done can take a while as it is and you want all scav kills to count towards progress.
Both the tech stores (Techlight, Techxo, Rasmussen) and department stores (Groshan, Idea, OLI) are the primary places to hit. There’s also Kiba (weapons store) as well as Emercom and Mantis. Players have different strategies, but this map is unique in the sense that it really rewards exploring. Most stores will have things you can grab that are worth quite a bit but are often overlooked. Very popular place to go in as a Player Scav.

Reserve

Brand new map, chock full of loot. Has more complex extracts than other maps, save for Labs. Excellent place to farm rare barter items, computer parts, and especially military hardware. PMCs have limited extracts, most being conditional, and the ones that aren’t require activation of ‘power’ to turn on the extract, which alerts the map the extract has been opened and can spawn Raiders (more on them below.)
Additionally, has a scav boss by the name of Glukhar, who has multiple heavily armed guards. He has multiple spawn locations and can arrive with the train.

The Lab ('Labs')

Here's a map.
DISCLAIMER: Labs, like much of Tarkov, is under constant development, so issues may be fixed or created without warning. Always check patch notes!
Labs is a very complex map compared to the rest of Tarkov. There is a great deal more exfiltrations but many of them have requirements or a sequence of events needed to be able to extract from them. It is recommended to read the Tarkov Wiki on Labs before raiding there.

LABS IS NOT LIKE OTHER MAPS. READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Labs is a lucrative end-game raid location, comparable to 'dungeons' in other games. They are populated by tougher enemies that give greater rewards. In order to go to labs, you need to acquire a keycard, this functions like mechanical keys but instead of opening a door, they unlock your ability to select Labs for a raid.
They may be found in-raid in various locations, most notably in scavs backpacks, pockets, and in filing cabinets. They may be purchased from Therapist at LL4 for 189K Roubles. Labs are populated by a unique kind of AI enemy, Raiders.

Raiders

Raiders are the Labs form of Scavs, or AI enemies. However, unlike other maps, they cannot contain player Scavs. Raiders have a much tougher than your average scav, they are capable of advanced tactics (such as flanking) and throw grenades and use other consumables as a player would. Once 'locked' onto you, they are typically capable of killing you very quickly, even if you are wearing high-end armor.
In Tarkov, Raiders act like the avatars of Death. They are clad in USEC and BEAR equipment, as they are effectively AI PMCs. Many changes have been made to labs and specifically how Raider AI works and to prevent exploits to easily farm them as well as bugs where they could be deadlier than intended.
A general rule of thumb is not to fight Raiders directly. They can and WILL kill you. Raiders can spawn with 7N9, or 'big boy' ammo. This ammunition type is incredibly lethal to players, even those wearing the toughest armor. If you get shot in the head, doesn't matter what kind of helmet, face shield, killa helmet, etc you are wearing, you will almost certainly die.
Because Raiders are controlled by AI, they have zero ping. They may also end to immediately respond as if you were aggressive even if they did not originally know you were there - ESP Raiders effectively will prone and return fire even as you ADS and put them in your sights.
This is why engaging a Raider must be done very, very carefully. There are a few strategies that you may employ, most commonly some form of baiting them towards an area and then killing them when they arrive. Players may accomplish this by generating noise - gunfire, melee weapon hitting walls, crates, etc, player deaths, players Mumbling (F1 by default) can all attract Raiders to investigate your area.
Due to the high power of Raiders, players often go in with minimal loadouts and seek to avoid conflict with other players, especially geared ones. Most players avoid PvP in Labs, though a good portion of the playerbase thoroughly enjoys hunting down poorly-geared players after they kill a few Raiders for them.
As such, players will lay prone in a hallway, or crouch in a room, and attract Raiders to enter their domicile by opening the door, and immediately headshotting them. Few Raiders actually wear helmets (though some do) so most players specialize in 'flesh ammo' or, ammunition that foregoes armor penetration in favor of raw damage in order to kill Raiders more reliably, because Raiders have slightly higher head health than PMCs do.
Raiders spawn with a great variety of equipment, weapons, armor, and materials such as medication or hideout parts. They tend to have chest armor and may have different helmets. Their pockets can contain Labs keycards, morphine, Ifaks, cash, and other items. They're always worth checking.
Raiders are a good source of grenades, they will often have F-1's and Zarya's in their rig or pockets that you can use to fight off players and Raiders alike.
Recently, changes have been made to Labs to make them less profitable so that other maps are more appealing. The cost and rarity of keycards increased, as well as reducing the frequency that raiders spawn, so that they come in more infrequent groups but also tighter in formation, while also lowering the overall output of individual Raiders, so that they are less likely to have a bunch of extra materials, such as grenades and other items.
Experience Farming on Labs
Labs is one of the best places to farm experience in the entire game. Killing a Raider with a headshot awards 1100 Experience. This does not include any looting, inspection (searching bodies), examine, streak, or other experience.
Killing a large sequence of Raiders gives additional bonus experience in the form of Streak rewards, usually 100 bonus exp per additional kill.
Surviving the raid multiplies all of these sources of experience by 1.5x
Changes coming to Labs
Disclaimer: I am not a BSG developer or employee. This is what I have seen on this subreddit and heard elsewhere. Some might be purely rumor, but other points are confirmed by Nikita Labs is undergoing constant changes. Nikita and BSG take feedback seriously, and always consider what the players are telling them. It known that Labs will eventually be accessed via the Streets of Tarkov map, and will require you to enter that map, make it to the labs entrance, and then extract from Labs to return to Streets of Tarkov and exfil from there as well. This will likely add an additional layer of risk to being ambushed for your goodies along your way out, as well as punishing damage taken in labs more severely. Additionally, keycards will have a limited number of uses, and may open more than one room.
The full extent of the changes coming is not known.
Remember, you can load a map in OFFLINE mode to practice against bots or to learn the map without fear of losing gear.

Tarkov's Health System

Tarkov Wiki Article
Tarkov has a very advanced health system, and while it might seem overwhelming at first, you'll get the hang of it rather quickly. It features a very wide variety of effects and injury, including hydration, energy, blood pressure, blood loss, fractures, contusion, intoxication, exhaustion, tremors and more.
Not all of the Health System is implemented yet. Expect changes!
Your character (PMC, or otherwise) has a combined Health of 435. Each of his limbs have separate health. Taking damage to a limb that reduces it to 0 'blacks' that limb. Blacked limbs are a problem. They greatly impair the activities your PMC performs, and taking damage in a blacked limb amplifies the damage by a multiplier and spreads that damage among your other non-black limbs equally. You cannot heal a blacked limb without the use of a Surgical Kit.
Notes: Bloodloss applies damage to the affected limb and can be spread like other damage to a blacked limb. Treat immediately. Also causes significant dehydration! Bloodloss also helps level your Vitality skill, which in turn gives you experience towards your Health skill, which is necessary to reach level 2 of in order to improve your hideout.
Losing a limb applies additional effects. Fractures also apply these effects but not the damage amplification (Except for damage if running on fractured leg.) Fractures require specialized medical kits to heal.
Dehydration is what happens when your Hydration level reaches 0. You can view your Hydration level in your gear page, at the bottom left. Becoming dehydrated is extremely bad. You take constant damage. Taking dehydration damage can kill you if you have a black chest or head. Restoring hydration helps train Metabolism, which improves positive effects from food and drink.
Head/Chest: Bullet damage resulting in losing your head or chest is instant death. Note: Bloodloss resulting in your Head/Chest being black does not result in death, but any damage to them beyond that point will! A back chest will causes you to cough (much like your stomach!)
Painkillers: Prevents coughing that comes from your chest. Doesn't help otherwise.
Stomach: Massively increased rate of dehydration and energy loss. You must find liquids or exit the Raid soon. Additionally, your PMC will cough sputter loudly, attracting attention. A black stomach multiplies damage taken by 1.5 and redistributes that damage across your entire health pool.
Painkillers: Significantly reduces the frequency and volume of the coughs.
Arms: Makes activities like searching, reloading, etc, take additional time, as well as adding a sway, reducing accuracy. Arms have a .7x damage multiplier.
Painkillers: Reduces sway, removes debuff Pain.
Legs: Blacked legs cause your PMC to stumble and be unable to run. Blacked legs have a 1x damage multiplier.
Painkillers: Allows you to walk at full speed and to run.
WARNING: Running while your legs are blacked or fractured WILL DAMAGE YOU.
Health Items
Tarkov features many health items - 'Aid' items, which can be used to restore your characters health and to fix ailments or injuries he receives as the result of combat or mishaps. The two most important health conditions to consider are bloodloss and fractures, which have both been covered above. Some food items may have ancillary effects, such as losing hydration.
Since in the current patch the only ailments to worry about are bleeding and fractures, it changes which health items are most necessary. We'll go over them below.

Health Restoration

Medical Items on Wiki
AI-2 medkit
The newb's medical kit. You receive several of these when you start Tarkov - they'll already be in your stash. Available from Level I Therapist, they are cheap and effective way of healing early in the game. They will not stop bloodloss. Because of this, you also need to bring bandages or a higher-grade medical kit. Affectionately called 'little cheeses' by the Tarkov community. Using it takes 2 seconds, and because of how cheap it is, it's often brought in by higher level players to supplement their healing without draining their main kit (which is capable of healing bloodloss or sometimes fractures). Due to its short use time, it's often very useful during combat as you can take cover and quickly recover damage taken to a vital limb. They're also useful as you can buy them from Therapist to heal yourself if you died in a raid.
Bandages
The newb's bloodloss solution. Available from Therapist at Level I. A better version, the Army Bandage is available at Level II, after a quest. Mostly obsolete after unlocking the Car Medical kit, but some players value them due to the Car's overall low health pool. Activating takes 4 seconds, and removes bloodloss to one limb.
Splint
The newb's solution to fractures. Cheap, takes five seconds to use, and takes up 1 slot. Fractures are much more common this patch, due to them being added back in the game from standard bullet wounds, not just drops. Available from Therapist at Level I, no quest needed. Can be used to craft a Salewa.
Alu Splint
More advanced form of the normal split. Works the same, but has up to 5 uses. Recommended to carry in your container if possible, due to frequency of fractures from gunfire.
CMS (Compact Medical Surgery) Kit
New medical item added in .12, fantastic item. Allows you to perform field surgery, removing the black limb state and allowing you to heal it beyond 0 hp. Takes 16 seconds to use, and cannot be cancelled so make sure you are safe if you are using it! Will reduce the maximum health of the limb it's used on by 40-55%, but will effectively remove all negative effects incurred by having a black limb. Highly recommended to carry in your container for emergencies. Can be bartered from Jaeger LL1, and purchased for roubles LL2.
Surv12 field surgical kit
Same as the compact surgical kit, but takes 4 seconds longer, and the health penalty is reduces to 10-20% max health of the limb. Considering this kit is 1x3, taking up a huge amount of space, it's probably not worth using. It's just too large. Better this than nothing, though.
Car Medical Kit
The newb's first real medical solution. Available LL1 as a barter (2 Duct Tape) and available for Roubles after completing Therapist's second quest. Has a larger health pool than AI-2's (220, vs AI-2's 100), and removes bloodloss. Takes up a 1x2 slot, so requires to be placed in a tactical rig in order to be used effectively. Cheap and fairly efficient, takes a standard 4 seconds to use. Rendered effectively obsolete when the Salewa is unlocked.
Often kept in a player's secure container as a backup health pool, before IFAKs are unlocked.
Salewa
Good medkit for use in mid and end-game. Contains 400 total health and can remove bloodloss. More rouble efficient form of a healing due to its high health pool, costs 13k roubles. Same size as the Car medical kit, so requires a tactical rig to use effectively. Because Tarkov does not currently have effects like Toxication in the game at the moment, this kit is favored by most players who go into a raid with at least a moderate level of gear. With a high health pool and relatively low cost, it's also a more efficient way of healing damage sustained while in raids. Unlocked at Therapist Level II after completing a level 10 Prapor quest, Postman Pat Part II. Required as part of Therapist's first quest, Shortage. This makes Salewas very valuable early on in a wipe as it gatekeeps the rest of Therapist's quests, most of which occur on Customs early on. Can be crafted in your meds station with a painkiller, splint, and bandage.
IFAK
Fantastic medical kit, and is the one preferred by most players. Features 300 health and the ability to remove bloodloss and a host of other negative effects that are not yet implemented into the game. It does not, however, remove fractures. Taking up only a single slot, it is favored by players in all stages of gear, and it is recommend to carry one in your Secure Container in case of emergencies. Is available at Therapist Level II for a barter (Sugar + Sodium), and may be purchased for Roubles at Level III after completing Healthcare Privacy, Part I. It is a fairly expensive kit, but due to its durability, its small size, and ability to remove bloodloss, it is a very common medical item used by players of all levels. Can be crafted in Lvl 2 medstation.
Grizzly
The 'big daddy' medical kit, boasting an impressive total health resource of 1800. It is also a very large kit, taking up 4 slots (2x2) - in order to be able to use this quickly, it would require specialized tactical rigs that feature a 2x2 slot. It removes all negative effects (some costing HP resource), including fractures. Used by highly-geared players who intend on staying in raids for an extended period of time, or by players with additional Secure Container space available in case of emergencies. It is available for barter at Therapist Level II, and purchase at Therapist Level 4. Due to its price point from Therapist at just under 23k Roubles and its healthpool of 1800, it is by far the most efficient method of healing from raid damage, at a 1.3 roubles per health, dramatically lower than other options available. Can be crafted in Lvl 3 medstation.

Pain Management

Using any of these items results in your character being 'On Painkillers' which allows you to sprint on fractured and blacked legs, as well as reducing effects of fractures and blacked limbs, and removing the debuff Pain. Essentially, the only difference between most of these items are the speed of use, price, availability, and duration of the effect. Note that the Hideout has changed how some of these items are used, and because Tarkov is under constant development, it is very likely that these materials may be used to create higher-grade medkits or to upgrade your medstation. That being the case, it's best to hoard the unknown items for now as efficiently as possible until you know you don't need them.
Analgin Painkillers
The holy grail of pain medication. "Painkillers" have 4 total uses. The total duration is greater than Morphine and less risk of waste. Takes a short time to use, and is available from Therapist Level 1 for both barter and Roubles. Makes a loud, distinctive gulping noise. Can be used to craft Salewa kits.
Morphine
Quick application of painkillers. Favored by some highly geared players as it has greater usability in combat then it's typical counterpart, Painkillers. Has a longer duration, but only one use. It is required for a fairly early Therapist (and a late Peacekeeper) Quest, so it is recommend to hoard 10 of them, then sell the rest unless you intend on using them. They are worth a good amount to Therapist and take up little space so they are a valuable loot item. Available from Therapist for Roubles at Level 4, after completing Healthcare Privacy, Part 3.
Augmentin
Basically a cheaper Morphine. One use, 205s. Not recommended over Painkillers due to its cost. No current barter for this item, so usually it's just a fairly expensive, small loot item. Most likely a component of a medstation manufacturing process or upgrade. Keep it.
Ibuprofen
Powerful painkiller. Lasts 500 seconds and has 12 uses. This item is recommended as your long-term solution for painkillers. While it is valuable because it's used to trade for THICC items case, it's the cheapest component and is very useful as a painkiller. It has a long duration and a large amount of uses, so keep it in your container for use as a painkiller if your primary painkillers wear off. Don't use it completely up, though. Keep the 1/12 bottles for the trade.
Vaseline
Powerful medical item. Cannot be purchased from dealers. Has a maximum of 10 uses. Removes Pain, applies Painkillers for 500 seconds (8.3 minutes). Useful to keep in your container as an alternative to Painkillers, though it takes 6 seconds to use, which is longer than other painkillers. Used as part of a barter trade for the Medcase.
Golden Star Balm
Fairly useful medical item. It can remove Pain and Contusion (not a big deal of a debuff, goes away on its own shortly) and provides a small bonus to hydration and energy. It also removes toxication and Radiation exposure, both of which are not yet implemented into the game. Like Vaseline, has a maximum of 10 uses. Painkiller effect lasts for 10 minutes, and takes 7 seconds to apply. Recommended to take only if you are going on large maps and you have extra room in your container. Can be used with Ibuprofen and 5x Med parts to craft 7 Propital.

How my dorm became a drug superhighway.

The year was 2012, and we were all supposed to die in December. It was my freshman year of college. I was settling in quite well. I made friends with a bunch of people in our residence hall, we hit it off immediately. We started going out on the weekends, starting with thirsty Thursday, which turns out is actually a thing. I had more than one room mate. We lived in a four person suite with two bedrooms. I had a full ride to my University, so I had a lot of extra money to spend on my living arrangements and meal plan. Oh yeah, I was also a huge pothead.
I made friends with the dealer on my floor and started buying him extra meals in exchange for weed. That's when one of my room mates came to me with a proposition. He asked me if I knew what bitcoins were. I did not. He explained the virtual currency and how it worked. Then he really laid it all out. He told me that he had quite a lot of bitcoins and that he wants to get into selling weed. It all sounded great, but I wasn't sure what he needed me for. He then told me that he doesn't really talk to anyone and that he always sees me with people and going to parties every weekend. Okay, this makes sense. He told me how the operation would work, and it sounded swell. For the record, I was eighteen and very stupid. Anyway, he would purchase the drugs from the Silk Road, a dark website where you can buy literally fucking anything. Our friend Noah would then get the goods delivered to his apartment, which had a mailroom with hundreds of mailboxes. This was good because it would be just a little bit less suspicious, also his apartment was not on our campus. Then we'd package everything there and move it to our dorm, which had it's own security. We lived in North Philadelphia, so the security and police were always looking out for the students. After we safely had the products, I would find the buyers.
Our first shipment went well. We ordered a half pound of weed, a gram of hash, ten hits of LSD, a small bag of opium (for us), and 1000mg of Alprazolam extract for my room mate's personal anxiety treatment. We got into this business to become weed salesmen. That weed took forever to sell. Everyone who sold weed already had good connections from their hometowns. The LSD though, that sold in five fucking minutes to one buyer who was interested in buying much more than ten hits. He asked us if we could sell him a couple hundred tabs. He said he'd pay $350 for each sheet of 100. We looked at the price per sheet on the Silk Road. It would cost us only $80 each. Yes sir, we can absolutely sell you a couple sheets. We told him we'd call him when it arrived. Later that night we brewed some opium tea and celebrated entering the LSD business. We bought the sheets for him, and we also bought two extras in case anyone else wanted some.
The next shipment came with no problems. Our friend came over and bought the sheets we had promised him. We made nearly $800 on that deal. We thought that was a lot, so we celebrated. Later that same day, while smoking a blunt in our courtyard, I made friends with some art students. They invited me to their dorm on the third floor. I agreed, went with them, and we listened to music and painted the walls of the dorm room which was super against the rules. They started talking about how they had taken magic mushrooms two weeks before and how it was life changing. I told them I had two-hundred hits of acid in my room. I've never seen people get so excited in my entire life. They bought all of it. They paid $400 for each sheet. Seemingly out of nowhere we made $600. Again, we thought this was a lot.
My room mate was really happy with my networking abilities. Dude, I was just getting high with some hipster art students. I didn't really possess the "networking skills" that everyone thought I had. We went online and purchased another five sheets. We started getting a bit more confident in our ability to sell this magic money making paper. That week I was in one of my classes and had to do a group project with a kid named Eddy. We went to his apartment to work on the project after class. Eddy had an apartment off campus because he was an upperclassman. On the way he asked if I smoked weed. Of course. He said he had something to show me. When we got there he showed me a small weed plant he was growing. It was an adorable little plant in a flower pot by the window. I asked if he needed any weed and he said that he did not. We smoked a bit and then her offered me a Xanax. I had never taken Xanax, so I googled the pill he offered me. Alprazolam. Huh, that's funny. I told him I had 1000mg of alprazolam in my room. This excited him.
I asked my room mate if he was willing to sell some of his private stash. Eddy only wanted to buy around 100 milligrams. He agreed and I brought Eddy to my dorm. We gave it to him for the cool price of $150, a slick markdown from what he was paying. After all we hadn't even planned on selling that stuff. He asked how we got it so cheap and if we could get anything else. We told him that we sell LSD. He said he loves hallucinogens and would love to purchase a sheet, so he did. Four sheets left. If we sell them, we can get a new and faster computer.
The weekend came and I was hanging out with two of my friends from our residence hall. Joe, who was really chill and loved smoking weed as much as I did. And Bianca, who was so cool that it frightened me. She was really intimidating. I had a huge crush on her, but she was "talking" to a kid that lived in Johnson and Hardwick hall. Bianca was the type of person you see in movies about cool kids doing cool things. A character who has a lot of depth, but it takes nearly the whole movie to slowly peel back the layers, and by that time you're in love. I told her if we sold the rest of our acid I'd buy her a new tattoo. She was covered in them. That night Joe was going to take us to his friend Jamie's house. We were going to try cocaine for the first time. I was terrified. Not only was I terrified about trying cocaine, but I was scared of doing it with Bianca. I just didn't know how I would act, and I didn't want to do something stupid.
We arrived at Jamie's house. Jamie was also intimidating. His house was what your typical trap house looked like at the time, with a bunch of really expensive music equipment. Everybody wanted to be a rapper or a D.J. that year. He introduced all his friends and offered us lines of coke. Here we go. Joe went first, he'd already done some before. Bianca went next without hesitation. Now it was my turn. I remember my hand shaking with the rolled up bill between my fingers. I chose the smallest line and sniffed. It did not taste anything like I expected. Five minutes went by. Oh, this is what cocaine is like. It was so underwhelming. It was also some thoroughly stepped on shit. I know that now because since then I've done some foreign blow that literally almost made my heart stop. Anyway, Jamie and I got to talking, mostly about his "music career". Jamie told me if I ever wanted to buy cocaine in bulk to hit him up. I laughed and told him if he ever wanted to buy LSD in bulk to hit me up. I was half joking. He looked at me with the straightest face and asked if I was serious. Honestly, this Jamie guy really scared the shit out of me. He was a good ten inches taller than me and the whole scene was really starting to freak me out. I told him I was serious though. He told me to come with him.
He brought me into his room and closed the door. In the room it was quiet. The walls were sound proofed. I looked around and the room was full of money, cocaine, and guns. Okay, he's probably not going to kill me. I hope. He then asked about my LSD connection. I told him I could get sheets for $350. He said he wanted books. Books? This guy wants books? I didn't know this at the time, but a book is a thousand hits of LSD. I told him I had to talk to some people and I would let him know the price, but that I could definitely make it happen. We went back into the party and he gave me line after line of cocaine. Joe offered him money for the lines, but Jamie told him not to pay. He said your friend here bought you guys as much coke as you want for the night. Honestly, that made me feel really cool. After the party I talked to my room mate and told him what happened. We looked up the price of a book on the Silk Road. $300. Not only could we have saved a lot of money if we had just bought a book from the start, but we were going to make a lot more money selling by the book. The days of getting excited over $800 were about to come to an abrupt end.
I talked to Jamie and asked how much he would be willing to pay for each book. He said he would pay no more than $3000 for each book. We decided we would sell him the books for $2,800 each. He agreed and asked how many we had. I said we can start with five books. He agreed. This was perfect. Not only were we about to make more money than we had ever expected, but acid was incredibly easy to ship. They were basically sheets of paper. Our supplier used to send it to us in between the pages of large children's coloring books. The books, or prints, as our supplier called them, blended with the kid's books very well. Our prints consisted of a large picture of Bart Simpson, The Grateful Dead bears, and a double rainbow portrait. If you didn't know what acid was, you wouldn't know these were drugs. We made nearly $14,000 from that first deal.
Over the course of a few months we would sell close to thirty-thousand hits of LSD. We had $75,000 in cash sitting in an empty bedroom at Noah's apartment. I stopped going to class. My room mate had filled his entire room with computer parts and instruments. Noah, well we didn't really see him much, but he was always present when we needed a shipment. We broke our cardinal rule of not getting high on our own supply. We took a lot of acid that semester. It was an extremely enlightening period for us. Things in my world began to take on entirely new meaning. I had a newfound appreciation for things I had never noticed. The connections with my friends became very strong and we talked about a lot of stuff that was just too deep for my other peers to even scratch the surface of. It was nice.
By my birthday in February we had over $200,000 in cash. We didn't die in December, not that I thought we would, but some people were legitimately surprised. They were mostly art students. Things started getting a little crazy. My room mate and I were taking a lot of Xanax by this time and a lot of nights celebrating were never logged as memories. We always told ourselves we would only sell LSD. We had sparked a huge psychedelic scene in and around Philadelphia. There were literally parties where everyone was tripping acid. Many groups of people began taking acid and doing really creative stuff that I admired so much. So much good music and art was around during that period. I felt like I was living in San Fransisco in the middle 60's. It felt like we were part of this incredible scene that nobody outside of the city knew about. Of course every wave has to break and roll back.
It was getting close to the summer. I hadn't been to class in months. We hadn't seen Noah since the previous shipment about a month prior. It was a regular weekday, but I wasn't going to class, so I took two hits of acid. I spent most of that evening and night writing and yapping into my tape recorder. I was on the subject of togetherness and how there are so many things that are so incredible that we never notice even though they're right in front of us. Acid talk. I was looking at a glass of water, thinking about its importance, and how so many of us take it for granted. That's when my room mate came home. This was my room mate though. Remember, we had a two bedroom, four person suite. My room mate, who was never involved in our operation. He was obliterated, and not from alcohol. This was something else. He limped into the room and collapsed on the bed. I immediately got the rest of my room mates together. That's when Christian told me what transpired earlier while I was locked in the bedroom tripping acid. He told me that my room mate had broken up with his girlfriend, took an entire bottle of lorazepam, and tried to cut his leg open with my biology scalpel. What the fuck.
I examined his leg and he did not try to cut it open, he succeeded. He had a gigantic cut all the way down his lower leg that was fixed up by his father who is a surgeon. His father then brought him back to the dorm. The condition he was in was terrifying. He was breathing, but not well. His heart rate was also very low and we had to monitor him for the remainder of the night, taking shifts to make sure he didn't stop breathing. I couldn't believe his father had brought him back in the condition he was in. The next morning I was exhausted. My room mate and I, the one with the bitcoins, left and went to Noah's apartment to relax for an hour. While we were gone Bianca was to watch over him with her room mate. When we got to Noah's we had a new problem. Noah hadn't gotten out of bed for what looked like weeks. He had ran out of his antidepressants and was in bad shape. At this point I checked out. I walked into the living room and opened a bottle of champagne. I poured a glass, popped a Xanax, and sat on the sofa. I was still a little foggy from my acid trip and I hadn't slept all night. That's when my phone rang. It was Bianca.
I answered the phone and her first words were: "Your room is full of police.". Well, it's been a good run. On my desk were a couple thousand hits of LSD and a handgun. In the other bedroom were numerous unopened box's of expensive computer parts, scales and drug paraphernalia galore, and a large pile of white powdered alprazolam. That room also smelled heavily of weed because there was a half pound out in the open. We had gotten very sloppy. I asked her if my room mate was okay. She said that's why the police are there. She said his mom was trying to reach him and he wasn't answering her, so she called the police for a wellness check. Bianca then started talking to someone and hung up the phone.
We pondered whether or not to flee the country and become outlaws. We did after all have all the cash here at Noah's. Close to a million dollars. Maybe more. Because we were getting sloppy, we had also started selling hash, Xanax, LSD, 25i-NBOMe, 2c-b, 2c-i, 2c-E, Mescaline, cocaine, MDMA, MDA, LSA, clonazepam, ativan, and other various designer drugs. We were going down for a long time. I started thinking about my life. It literally was flashing before my eyes. I thought about my high school crush, and how I should have been more upfront with her about how much I liked her. I loved her. I thought about the time we slept in the same bed and I couldn't fall asleep because I couldn't believe she was really laying next to me. I remembered how I never wanted to wake up next to anyone else. I thought about my trivial crush on Bianca and how shallow it really was. I thought about my parents and how they'd raised me better. How they did so much for me so that I could go away to college and have a better life than they had. I thought about sitting on the beach last summer without a care in the world. The "problems" in my life that seemed hilarious now. Will I go to prom? Is my car cool enough? My k/d ratio in Call of Duty. How could so much happen in less than a year? That's when Bianca called me again.
I was terrified to pick up that phone. We looked outside to see if police were surrounding the apartment complex. They were not. I answered the phone. She said the police were gone. She had put my gun and LSD in my desk drawer. The police never entered the other bedroom. It was just a wellness check. An ambulance came and took my room mate. He was going to be okay. I hugged my partner in crime and we cried. I wish I could tell you we cleaned up our lives after that. My room mate with the bitcoins developed a really dangerous drug habit after that. He spent most of his money on drugs over the next few years. I went back to class after that summer, but stopped going again because I wanted to party instead and start a career as a writer. I failed out of college. Throughout the years I went on numerous adventures all around the world. I have hundreds of stories, I just have to write them. Oh and I have to learn how to write properly. I don't use a lot of drugs today, and I don't encourage people to use drugs. I have unfortunately lost many friends during the opiate epidemic. Weed is cool though, I like weed. I wouldn't tell people to smoke it, but I'll never shame someone for enjoying some cannabis. Actually, I don't really shame people for anything, it's just not my place to judge anyone. Feel free to judge me though, about how my dorm room became a drug superhighway.

List of moderately difficult skribbl words for your new friend group (1200+ words)

That is to say that this list contains words that this list contains words that:
  1. Usually aren't instantly guess-able (like star, apple, or Nike).
  2. Can be played with a group of acquaintances (I play with a group of interns at work to blow off time)
Created this list by modifying an existing difficult word list we found online and adding a bunch of new words. If you see a stupid difficult word, it was probably a word from the existing difficult word list that I forgot to remove. (amicable and reimbursement were the type of bs I removed lol).

We Just Hit $500k NW! 25 & 26 Years Old. $156k DINK Income. Here's Our Story.

Hi guys. I've been a subscriber and lurker here for over 5 years and one of my favorite things to read are the "how you got to where you are" stories. I made this post once I hit $300k, but my new wife and I just hit the $500k milestone together and we thought it would be worthwhile to share our story. We hate lack of transparency and ambiguity, so we'll be as open and honest as possible. We tried to include everything that we would want to know as if we were reading someone else's post. Feel free to ask us any questions.
There is a TLDR at the bottom of this post. You probably want to read that first to see if you're interested before investing your time in conquering this wall of text.
Also, you can skip the wall of text below about our childhood/college/relationship stuff if you're just interested in the "numbers". I just wanted to include this background to provide context.
TLDR: Two married DINKs hit $500k net worth at age 25 and 26. We both had frugal upbringings. We both got scholarships/grants to top in-state university. We both worked 2-3 jobs every week while attending college to pay for living expenses and saved the rest. I got degree in business. She got a degree in industrial engineering. We graduated with no debt and $80k saved up. I made $55k/year at my first full-time and she made $53k/year at hers. 4.5 years after graduating I currently make $86k and 2.5 years after graduating she makes $70k. Our monthly budget is $1,822/month. Our savings rate is 81%. We have been dating for 9 years, living together for 4 years, and we got married in May.

‘Baby Al Capone’ Ellis Pinsky pulled off a $23.8 million crypto heist

In January 2018, a team of some half-dozen computer hackers — scattered across Europe and the United States — scammed their way into Michael Terpin’s cryptocurrency account, fleeced it and laundered the funds: some $23.8 million, according to a bombshell lawsuit.
Allegedly at the center of the heist was Westchester teen Ellis Pinsky. According to papers filed May 7 in Manhattan federal court, Pinsky is “an evil mastermind.” The suit asks for $71.4 million.
The wildest part? Ellis was just 15 years old at the time of the theft.
To neighbors and classmates at Irvington HS, he was an ordinary 10th-grader who ran track, played soccer, loved cool sneakers and got good grades. Ellis’ bedroom in the $1.3 million home he shared with his family, including his NYU Langone-physician mother, had three computer monitors for playing his favorite games, Counter-Strike and Call of Duty.
But according to an insider, there was at least one unusual thing about Ellis. As related in the complaint, he once allegedly wrote to an acquaintance, “I could buy you and all your family. I have 100 million dollars.” The complaint also alleges that an accomplice saw, in December 2017, “records indicating that Ellis had $70 million.”
Ellis and friends partying with champagne at Up&Down nightclub on 14th street.
Pals outside the heist apparently viewed Ellis as a virtual-money wunderkind. “His best friend thought he was making money through trading Bitcoin and stock,” the insider said.
But the complaint alleges that Ellis was the apparent ringleader in the scheme against Terpin, who is a pioneer in the world of cryptocurrency: “In his early teens, [Ellis] began hacking computers with the mission of accessing his victims’ private accounts where they store their cryptocurrency holdings or private information.”
Ellis’ attorney, Noam Biale, told The Post: “Ellis was a child at the time of the alleged conduct . . . It is deeply unfortunate that Mr. Terpin has chosen to bring [a] lawsuit, full of smears and baseless allegations, for no imaginable purpose other than spite.”
Video games were allegedly the teen’s gateway to crime. “Ellis is a gamer. That was his primary interest,” the insider said, adding that private video-game chatrooms — where Ellis was allegedly a regular — on platforms such as Discord and Skype are often full of people bragging about hacks. “From there he got interested in stealing cool usernames.”
Using a technique known as SIM-swapping, hackers remotely transfer a victim’s digital identity from the SIM card that controls the victim’s phone to a blank SIM card in one of the hackers’ phones. Sometimes this is done to steal a victim’s social-media identity, as “OG handles” — such as @A or @evil — can be sold for big bucks.
Ellis also allegedly used SIM-swapping to steal cryptocurrency. Going from nicking names to pulling off multimillion-dollar heists is not that much of a leap, the insider insists: “Once you are in somebody’s phone, stealing valuable names, taking their Bitcoin seems obvious. Plus, stealing crypto is impersonal. For kids who spend their whole lives staring at screens and playing games, it feels natural.”
According to Terpin’s attorney Pierce O’Donnell, Ellis and his crowd were always on the lookout for vulnerable marks. As alleged in the complaint, one of the teen’s collaborators, Nick Truglia, specialized in that task. Four years older than Ellis and a onetime finance/economics major at Baruch College, Truglia’s “assignments included . . . obtaining [a victim’s] cellphone and passcode numbers, conning the mobile-phone carrier into giving him or another imposter a new SIM card and then handing the scam off to [Ellis] to execute the hack,” the complaint states. Last year, Truglia was arrested and charged with another hack. He is currently out on bail. In a civil case, a default judgment was issued against him for the Terpin robbery and he was slapped by a California court with a record-setting $75.8 million judgment.
Nick Truglia (left) was found guilty on civil charges of stealing cryptocurrency from Michael Terpin (right) — a scheme allegedly led by Ellis Pinsky.
The case against Ellis alleges that the teen oversaw the hijacking of Terpin’s BlackBerry — which led to his digital vault, called a “native wallet,” where the $23.8 million was stashed. Forty-eight hours later, said Terpin, the thieves had laundered his virtual cash.
“Your phone goes dead and theirs is alive,” he told The Post last year. “Then they own you.”
As the alleged ringleader, Ellis apparently had a knack for organizing and bullying. “He would tell everyone what to do [during heists],” said the insider. “He bragged about [the Terpin robbery] being his job. He’s a very smart guy and a control freak. If you pissed him off, he would start texting you from weird numbers and threaten you. He’d call your parents and say weird things.”
One such alleged victim was a chat-room pal who lived nearby. According to a 2018 report that the 16-year-old pal filed with Eastchester, NY, police, Ellis “made threats to me about having me or my mom killed” after he accidentally let strangers into their chatroom.
Things apparently escalated when the pal was allegedly enlisted by Ellis to help launder the Terpin money and lost some $700,000 after he sent funds to the wrong person. Crypto being what it is, the funds could not be retrieved.
After the money went missing, the pal told police, “[Ellis] asked me to start getting him some money through selling drugs, shoes or in any way possible. He requested $3,000 to $4,000 a week.” It is unclear what, if any, action was taken by authorities.
**I could buy you and all your family. I have 100 million dollars.
– Ellis Pinsky, allegedly threatening an acquaintance**
It seems that Ellis was spending his money — converted from cryptocurrency to cash — to live a high life. As per a JetSmarter order form provided to The Post by a source who asked not to be named, Pinsky maintained an account with the private-air service. Additionally, according to the insider, he drove an Audi R8, scored great Rangers hockey seats and dressed in splashy Louis Vuitton and Supreme streetwear.
How a kid explains such conspicuous consumption to his parents remains something of a mystery. Said the insider: “I think he told his parents that he made Bitcoin online through video games and got lucky.”
The complaint maintains, “Whether [Ellis’] parents were recklessly negligent or worse in failing to monitor and control their wayward son remains to be seen.”
Ellis’ fly style helped the teen fit in when carousing with fellow hacker Truglia. A photo viewed by The Post shows Ellis at the nightclub Up & Down, brandishing an open bottle of Dom Pérignon while flanked by slinky young women. Still, the insider said, “He showed little interest in being at the club. After posing for pictures with bottles, he’d go outside.”
Even while he was spending, the insider added, Ellis kept an eye on his money.
“He had a designer wallet packed with $100 bills but he never liked to pay for anything,” the insider said. “He was an extreme miser. He anticipated retiring from crime after the Terpin heist.”
Apparently, he didn’t anticipate getting busted by his alleged victim. After Truglia’s 2019 arrest, Ellis allegedly texted a mutual friend: “[Truglia] is a dumbass . . . and got caught.”
##How Ellis Pinsky allegedly spent his stolen loot: ##
Things appear to have unraveled for Ellis during an investigation of the missing crypto. As Terpin attorney O’Donnell listened to recordings between collaborators in the crime, the teen’s name came up as a key participant. O’Donnell told The Post that he contacted Ellis’ mother at her office, and a lawyer returned the attorney’s call. Although Ellis did not admit to anything, he allegedly took unusual action.
Soon after, according to the complaint, “Pinsky . . . sent cryptocurrency, cash and a watch to [Terpin] without any condition . . . There was no other reason to repatriate these items — worth nearly $2 million at the time — other than to make a partial repayment of what he had stolen from Terpin.”
According to O’Donnell, among the items was a “Patek Philippe Nautilus [watch], worth over $100,000.”
As the civil suit hangs — O’Donnell and Terpin anticipate a response from Ellis’ attorney within the next 60 days or so — no criminal charges have been filed against the teen.
“I want to know why [prosecutors] have not indicted this kid,” said O’Donnell. “He is caught dead to rights.”
A Department of Justice spokesman would only say that “Ellis Pinsky has not been charged by this office.”
Terpin admitted to The Post that he waited until Ellis’ 18th birthday earlier this year to file suit against the teen as an adult. That way, Terpin said, “It will be easier to sue him [than it would be if he was a minor] and we’re intending to get treble damages” — repayment of three times the sum stolen. “These are crypto gangsters. My nickname . . . for [Ellis] is Baby Al Capone.’”
Ellis, apparently, is still living at his mother’s Irvington home, as a Post photographer spotted him there last week.
“Look at Ellis’ life and there is no reason for him to do what he did,” the insider said. “He’s a standout kid with a dark side.”

That time I nearly followed my younger brother's footsteps and almost OD'd on an Opioid/Benzo mix! Maybe not the most pleasant experience for one's body, but my mind got altered forever afterward! LONG ASS POST BUT A MUST READ!

Heya guys,
I wrote about this last Sunday on Facebook simply because the thought popped into my head, the thought that I had never really thought about aside from the moment I managed to put fussy bits and pieces together from what I then experienced as somewhat of a blackout but in the end realized was something entirely much larger than anything I have ever come in contact with prior or since then!
I want to share this with you guys. It's maybe a difficult read at first, it going into detail about my near-death experience and one breath away from being an OD, but bear with me, it turns into something so much more if you just hang on and read what I write!
This is exactly what I remember happening, how I remember it happening. Me for some reason not remembering this right away but having to work this memory as the biggest, most complex Jigsaw puzzle in the world for maybe around 3 weeks in total inside my mind in order to put everything together into a whole image I can share with you guys!
The only thing you guys have to know before you read this is that 22nd November 2016 my younger brother, 18 years old, OD'd on Codeine and Zopiclone, dying an Opioid/Non-Benzo overdose. Me being woken up that morning, walking outside of my room and noticing there being around 10 both cops and EMTs on the scene. I was so confused as to what had happened that I had to see it for myself, and as I walked to the door to his room and turned my head around the corner, I saw him. My sweet baby brother lying there, cold as a popsicle, dead on his floor. My father having tried CPR for the entirety of those 40 minutes it took the ambulance to reach us. That was it. I'm done talking about the hardest day of my entire life, you don't need to know more. Aside maybe from my brother's name, it being Elias.
So it basically started in either late December or early January 2017-2018, with me driving some friends around who then picked up some people and before I knew it the friends had departed from my car and I was just surrounded by some people I had no idea who even were. I had recently lost my apartment and was on the streets, just living in my car, for the most part, sometimes my mother supported me with some nights at a hostel, but mostly I slept in my car.
After a while, all the people cycle out of my car and I'm left with this one, maybe around 35, dude who for some reason was just a jolly fucking roger and somehow managed to always be pleasant in conversation. Very charming and so fucking nice that I could have brought him home to my parents without being gay and my parent's not even noticing him being a dude so they wouldn't resent me for "coming out of the closet"...
He asked if I could take a small car ride with him out of town. I had nothing to do so I just said "Why the fuck not? I don't have any other place to be!" This was very late at night and we drove to some remote place I had never been to and didn't even know existed until just then.
He offers some junkies that are waiting for us to enter the car, it being freezing outside, it being like -30°C outside. They handed him a small package of something and he handed them some cash. They counted the cash and left. We stopped a few times in the side of the road after that on our way back to the city, the first time him revealing what it was he was actually buying from those junkies.
He opened the box in front of me and pulled out something that looked like a patch or something, him saying that this was a 100µg Fentanyl patch which he then cut just a little piece from and vaped on aluminum foil, sitting there next to me in the car.
I had never seen anything like it, that it was possible to ingest some sort of bandaid in this manner. That there were Fentanyl patches going around my town and how absolutely SMASHED he got from inhaling some vapor from that aluminum foil.
I didn't think much of it and dropped him at home. A few days later he calls me and asks me to come to the head shop he owned back then and ran alongside his father, who really did all the work, this guy only spending the profits on, apparently, Fentanyl and Oxy and some shit like that. He said he was gonna show me something special.
I, again, was homeless, so I just thought to myself: "Where else would I go? At least there I have a roof over my head!" but decided to have one of my best friends back then with me as backup as I didn't know what I was about to walk into.
We arrive at his shop and, there being something about this guy, his personality being absolutely one of a kind, we talked and joked some, until he drags up a glass pipe and this package of 5x Fentanyl patches as well. He then gets his scissors and starts cutting these tiny ass pieces off one of the patches he had, puts it in the pipe along with some tobacco and takes a hit.
He then offered me and my friend some. Each of us just got in line thinking: "YOLO!!!" And each of us took some hits and I got to experience the single most absolutely gorgeously and best highs of my entire life! It felt amazing just getting a hit from a tiny bit of this patch. The piece he'd put into the pipe each time being so small that if you'd put it on the table, you'd never find it again!
But while I felt how amazingly good it felt to breathe this shit in, I also, at the same time, felt how absolutely amazingly dangerous this substance was and how if it wanted to, it could kill me before I passed the pipe back to him if he didn't dose it correctly! It was so dangerous that I wanted to swear to myself to never do it after that night in question, but it being so fucking good as well that I lost that thought before I realized what I was thinking and just took another fucking hit of this best fucking high I've ever felt in my mind, body, and soul!
While we're smoking this stuff, my friend had some pills he was constantly offering me. I was in the mindset of a 12-year-old trying Weed for the first time, I just wanted to get the fuck fucked out of my skull. Fuck it, I was homeless, he was giving us hits of one of the most expensive drugs around here, he at least never asked us for any money in return, so what did I have to lose?
We partied like there was no tomorrow. At one point him offering us Oxy80 and me purchasing one pill from him, him crushing it down after having removed the film that's always on these pills and me and my friend splitting it, one line each!
I didn't really feel that much from it, maybe a little heat sensation in my legs, but nothing more. Our new friend all of a sudden asking if we had any Speed on us, me remembering that I had like 10 grams stored somewhere in my car, so I went outside to get it. I got locked outside for a while but they figured it out in the end and let me in.
When I handed him the bag of Speed he reached into some sort of purse and next thing I know he's holding a syringe with a needle on the end and him filling us with some bullshit about him rarely ever shooting shit up, him just needing to get some Stimulants into his arm because he had smoked too much Fentanyl.
He starts IV'ing in front of us and can I say and that buddy of mine confirm that seeing it so fucking up close and personal was one of the most horrifying sights I had never thought I would be witnessing at any point in my life. This guy being then the only guy I knew who injected his drugs at some point.
After that, he's feeling all better and gets a message from a Weed dealer friend of his and because I'm so fucked out of my skull, I ask my friend if he can drive, him somehow being able to take the wheel no matter how fucking fucked the both of us are and him driving perfectly in that condition.
We arrive in another part of town at this apartment block which was like 5 or 6 stories tall and was I told it was a part of the University's dorms that people could rent out if they attended the school, even though the actual school was actually somewhere around 30 kilometers THAT way... I never fully understood if it was correct that it was some sort of dorm for the Uni. Because it'd be a very strange place for that dorm since there were literally 30 kilometers to the University which was exactly in the other side of town, we couldn't have been farther from it, actually!
We take the elevator to the top and my friend sneaks me one pill, me just not ever giving it a second thought, just swallowing it whole and moving on. We enter an apartment on the top floor where this insane noise was coming from which sounded like a VERY loud vacuum cleaner but turned out to be an Asic Bitcoin Miner they were mining Bitcoin on for some bizarre ass reason.
Upon entering the apartment two guys greet us. I didn't know either of them but after a short while realized that one of them was the guy that had been accused of sexually molesting a friend of mine in her sleep, her going to sleep with her pants on, her waking up next to him with her pants off. I didn't know the whole story but when I met her after that night I told her where he could be found so she could have her goons do some street justice on his face, repeatedly, for having tried to rape a dear friend of mine.
Anyway, my friend notices a big glass jar sitting on the dinner table filled to the brim with Weed and probably the biggest fucking bong I have ever seen with my own two eyes sitting on the floor next to it. My friend asks if he can take a hit from it with some of his own Weed and does he get the owner's permission to do so. He takes a hit and then tells me to take a hit. I never having taken a hit from a bong before just try my best and without even a second thought I exhale this HUGE cloud of smoke which, according to my friend, "was the largest bong hit he'd ever seen in his life!!!" him almost thirty, having smoked Weed since he was 12!
I instantly feel absolutely smashed. But I still felt as if it wasn't just the Weed causing it, that there was something more at play as I just all of a sudden feel exhausted. I find myself a sofa or a bed or something to sit on and lean my head against the wall.
All of a sudden I realize what those pills my friend was always handing me actually were. Of course, had he bought like 50 Diazepam/Valium tablets from one of our friend's mother who was sometimes dealing more than an actual pharmacy would do on a good day. I realize that we were taking Diazepam, which is a Benzo, maybe a soft Benzo but still a Benzo, while we were smoking Fentanyl and snorting Oxy80 and shit. Me knowing for a fact that mixing Opioids and Benzos almost always leading to an overdose and sometimes, more often than not at least, death!
I feel like I need to make my friend aware of this little fact but before I knew it, my eyes just seemed to slowly slide shut, without me having to even think about closing them.
What I see under my eyelids, which usually is just this black background with this orgy of millions and millions of different colors on it, is all of a sudden just completely different! I see nothing! Absolutely nothing! There was no color, there was no background, there was no anything under my eyelids! I felt as if I was just looking right into the Void! That place where there is nothing and if something happens to go there it becomes nothing as well!
Me feeling my breath always getting slower and shorter, a short while being from that moment to the moment I feel insanely dizzy from little to no oxygen entering my lungs at that moment. My breath being so short that I could have counted a 100 Mississippi's in between those few short breaths I knew I had left.
I start betting on when my last and absolutely final breath is gonna kiss me goodbye and I'm just gonna die from respiratory depression like I've read about would happen in exactly this situation. I was feeling a little cocky, like I was taunting what I knew what was about to happen, me of course in the mindset that if I'm gonna die right then and there, I'd do so with a smile on my face! Me, of course, being more terrified than I had ever been before in my entire life! Basically counting down to my last breath where I'd suffocate and die without anyone at the party noticing anything being wrong.
I then start to see this little white star in the middle of all that nothingness I was looking at under my eyelids, this tiny little star that I somehow felt I was supposed to move my mind closer to. As I start doing so, moving my mind closer and closer to the star, all of a sudden my entire mind goes blank! I'm thinking nothing! I'm feeling nothing! Hearing nothing and I can't feel the fact that I have skin around my bones. I'm completely Depersonalized as I have never experienced before, me being basically a blank slate for some very odd reason.
I then start seeing visions of moments I had in the past with my little brother, Elias, before he died on me and left me to fend for myself in this cruel and unjust world we live in. Some of the things I saw were moments we spent together, moments I always remembered about him and loved to death, but others were these strange moments where I wasn't there and the only person able to remember something like that only being Elias himself!
I'm always moving closer and closer to the star, until I realize it's not a star but a big while circle! Although I can't hear anything, I can feel my little brother, as if he's talking to me, about Rocket League or some music he was producing or something like that he always used to talk about, it all coming from that white circle which was getting larger and larger by the moment!
I then feel just this overwhelming feeling that I'm standing right next to Elias, that I can feel his presence and can almost touch him!
Then when the circle is about to become as big as it possibly can, I feel this insane heat all around me, like the most compassion I have ever felt in my life, like anyone has ever felt in anyone's life! And then it happens. Whatever was going on peaked and I feel every sense of my body and mind feeling as though I'm experiencing Elias with every last thread of my existence, me smelling that smell that was always of him, that smell I always connected in my mind to him and his room, that safe haven where I could check on him at any moment during the week and spew whatever nonsense I had to spew over him and he'd always meet me halfway with more understanding than I had ever gotten from anyone else in life!
Then there was the taste! I could taste, or it wasn't exactly that I could taste it, it was more an emotion that I could feel in my entire mouth and tongue. I don't know what it was or felt like exactly but there was something about it which lead me to believe that Elias was just around the corner. Me feeling as though I was holding him in my arms, him holding me back, me getting that hug I always wanted to plant on him, that hug I never had the courage to give him when he was alive and was finally getting right there in that moment!
As I said, every sense of my being was feeling his presence in some way! Some significant fucking way and was I lead to believe that the big white circle, which was so close to me I could almost smell it, had something to do with my sweet Elias and that he was probably inside that big fucking white circle. Him waiting eagerly to meet me again, me getting ready to kick the door that this circle actually was the fuck down because I was so fucking ready to see my best friend in the whole world again. Me just knowing that if I tore the door down, we'd meet again and spend the rest of time together, in each other's loving embrace!
I know what I'm supposed to do! I'm supposed to enter this big ass white circle! And at the exact moment I had, I get pulled the fuck back by some unknown force. I try entering again but the same thing just happens. I get pulled the fuck back! So for the third time, I try and I put everything I have left into it! It resulting in me getting pulled so far back from the circle that it started looking like this white little star again in no time!
All of a sudden I stop feeling all those ridiculously strong emotions and sensations, I re-enter reality once more and there it the moment I was betting on before! I just know by how my lungs felt like they had been in a huge vehicular crash that this is the last one! This breath that's coming up is the last fucking breath I'm ever going to breathe! I just know it in every fiber of my being!
I'm starting to like the feeling that this is it. That I'm about to leave and never come back! That once and for all, this was how I was gonna die and even though for having tried to off myself a million times in the past, it never appearing to work properly, but it working now and I was finally gonna get a break from all the suffering which is almost the only emotion I have ever felt in my life and was gonna get to see some peace!
When something hits me like I'm getting a hit from defibrillators, all of a sudden I just get this intense shock all over my body and feel my body in its entirety jump from that bed or sofa I was sitting on, my eyes finally opening up, me having to open them myself, even though that was the hardest fucking thing I have ever had to do in my entire life, it felt as if there were billions of tons of lead sitting on my eyelids, me barely being able to lift them just enough to see what's going on right in front of me.
I just know and feel that I'm standing in my own two feet and am I able to walk out of the apartment, out to the open stairwell where the elevator was located and as I open the door outside I just feel the freezing cold air filling my lungs, both my insanely short breath becoming longer and stronger, along with my heartbeat beating over those two beats per minute I had felt it was doing earlier.
For some reason, almost exactly as I feel like I can finally take a deep and good breath again, that I'm not suffocating from the inside, the party is
